Request Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your account.

Important: What happens when you delete your account?

  • Your profile and personal data will be permanently removed.
  • Your transaction history will be anonymized for compliance purposes.
  • Any remaining wallet balance should be withdrawn before deletion.
  • You will lose access to all Surepay services immediately.

How to Request Deletion

To ensure the security of your account, you can request account deletion through the following methods:

In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account in the Surepay mobile app to delete your account instantly.

Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, please use the form below to request deletion using your registered email address.

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention) even after you delete your account.
